Finding a therapist can feel daunting. By reaching this point, you have already taken a step forwards.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is important. I suggest meeting for an initial session, where we talk about what has led you here and have the opportunity to consider how we might work together.
I offer both time limited and open ended therapy. It may be you are facing an immediate change in your life, and are looking for short term support, working with a specific focus. It may be a more deep-rooted difficulty, which needs more time to address. We can consider this at our first meeting.
If we decide we would like to work together, we commit to meeting once weekly, for sessions of 50 minutes.
My standard fee is £75 per session.
Reduced fee spaces are sometimes available.
